Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems development management
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and products in an Agile environment
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience (Java backend/React frontend)
• Understanding of AWS cloud services and familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL
