Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (SAP S/4 ABAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onsite and offshore resources for S/4 HANA SAP Development (ABAP and Fiori) in PTP and MDG areas
• Collaborate on engineering development strategy, architecture, and governance for PTP/MDG processes
• Mentor and train engineering team members to foster a high-performing engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of SAP ABAP engineering experience, including 2+ years as a Team Lead or people manager
• Experience managing large development teams engaged in SAP ABAP and Fiori build activities
• Deep knowledge of SAP PTP and MDG design and process flows
• Experience in transformation projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, focusing on PTP and MDG
