Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coach team members to maximize their potential and foster a collaborative team culture
Lead software engineering processes, manage third-party vendors, and ensure product designs are well documented and delivered on time
Engage in hands-on analysis and design of software, ensuring it meets or exceeds customer requirements

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field
Experience with MySQL, PostGres, PHP, .NET, Angular, React, and Microservices; AWS experience is a plus
Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor team members
Technical and analytical skills relevant to software development
Ability to assess staffing needs and recruit effectively
