Required Qualifications

• 4+ years managing infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering teams
• 6+ years hands-on experience in software development focused on DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and observability tools
• Ability to align platform investments with business goals and anticipate scaling challenges
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
