Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager for their Brazil Delivery Center.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a remote team of developers, promoting collaboration and inclusivity
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality software releases
Recruit and mentor top development talent while implementing best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of SaaS applications and cloud-based architectures (AWS or Azure preferred)
Experience leading an Agile development organization and knowledge of RESTful API design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; English language skills at B2 or higher level
