Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager for their Brazil Delivery Center.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a remote team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee the development lifecycle of software products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
Identify and recruit top development talent, organizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of SaaS applications and cloud-based architectures (AWS or Azure preferred)
Experience leading an Agile development organization
