Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of innovative, machine learning-driven products on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying ML-powered applications on AWS
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create data-driven solutions for business challenges
• Architect and implement cloud-native systems utilizing AWS services and promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience delivering ML-based or data-intensive products in a cloud environment
• Strong background in backend development and cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring
