Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of machine learning-driven products on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying ML-powered applications on AWS
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative, data-driven solutions for business challenges
• Architect and implement cloud-native systems using AWS services while promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience delivering ML-based products in a cloud environment
• Strong background in backend development (C#, .NET, Python) and cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring
