Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building and maintaining internal development platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team responsible for core development infrastructure platforms
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of supported services, meeting or exceeding SLAs
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to embed best practices across the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring and performance reviews
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus, and SonarQube
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipeline design
