Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
• Develop staff through coaching, performance feedback, and conflict management while ensuring technical excellence
• Facilitate all aspects of software development, ensuring adherence to best practices and managing project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various delivery methodologies
• Experience with relational databases and distributed computing principles
