Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
• Empower and mentor software engineers, ensuring continuous growth and development
• Facilitate all aspects of software development while adhering to best practices and managing project resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Preferred: Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach
• Preferred: Experience in a large Scaled Agile Framework environment and delivering Salesforce solutions
• Preferred: Experience in Healthcare and/or Payer Industries
