Key Responsibilities

Manage teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
Empower and develop software engineers and product owners to deliver scalable software solutions
Facilitate all aspects of software development, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
5 years of related professional experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience
Preferred: 3 years of experience in a large Scaled Agile Framework environment
Preferred: 3 years of experience delivering SalesForce solutions
Preferred: 3 years of experience in Healthcare and/or Payer Industries
