Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of software solutions
• Manage the entire DevOps process and oversee software deployment, integration, and client implementations
• Establish relationships with internal customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a Development/Software Engineering team
• In-depth knowledge of .Net technologies and software design principles
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
