Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple development teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers across various platforms and products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and UX teams to drive features from concept to production
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications, microservices, and APIs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role
• Strong hands-on experience with object-oriented languages (C#) and modern front-end development (React)
• Proven expertise in designing and building APIs and service-based architectures
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
