Required Qualifications

• 8 years of software development experience on large-scale technical systems
• 2 years of software engineering management experience with backend teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven success in leading and managing a team of engineers
• Experience providing project management artifacts in an agile environment
