Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Agile practices and maintain effective relationships with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT systems development management in a technology or healthcare environment
• Experience with Java, React, and AWS technologies
• Proven understanding of the software development life cycle and web development methodologies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing Agile development teams
