Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, managing their performance and growth
• Oversee day-to-day software development activities and ensure timely delivery of secure and scalable code
• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to enhance product development and participate in hiring and onboarding new team members

Required Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the US
• In-depth understanding of web development concepts and principles
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of developers
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with a proven track record in full-stack projects
• 3+ years of experience in SQL, including designing relational DB schemas and complex queries
