Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and build high-performing software development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Scrum and Agile best practices across engineering teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Own delivery timelines and monitor progress using Jira dashboards and Agile metrics for predictable execution
- Build and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering and delivery management
- Previous supervisory experience in leading technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile project management
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred
