Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software engineer and in a leadership role managing software delivery
• Strong full-stack technical background, with expertise in Ruby on Rails or ReactJS
• Experience working in an agile environment and leading teams through change
• Familiarity with developer AI tools such as Copilot or Cursor
• Experience in performance management and team development processes
