Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product engineering teams and collaborate with business and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize engineering initiatives alongside product management
• Coach and mentor team members while facilitating continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in Software Engineering and 3+ years in a lead role
• Prior experience with Microsoft technologies including .Net and SQL Server
• Experience in modern agile software methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
