Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, develop product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with IT goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of IT experience in roles such as team management, application development, and business process reengineering
• Leadership experience in building and managing collaborative teams of Software Engineers
• Strong background in systems integration, software engineering, or solution architecture
• Experience with cloud-native integration architectures and modern engineering practices, including DevOps and Agile methodologies
