Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Foster an inclusive team culture focused on innovation and engineering excellence
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including CI/CD and code quality
• Manage performance and career development for a team of approximately 10 Software Engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a proven track record of managing engineering teams
• Experience leading an engineering team in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Stack (particularly C#) and React
• Strong self-management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
