Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Software Engineer to oversee and support various development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support back-end, front-end, and full-stack development teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development workflows and team productivity
• Monitor team utilization and report on development progress, risks, and operational insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, project management, or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or cloud-based development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and software testing best practices
