• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to create and execute roadmaps and delivery processes
• Provide technical direction and participate in architectural decision-making for scalable systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience in cloud-native, data-intensive, or SaaS environments
• Experience leading teams in early-to-mid-stage startups
• Hands-on background as a software engineer or technical lead
• Strong familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code
• Experience enforcing secure SDLC and DevSecOps best practices
