• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on reporting UI and APIs
• Drive the design and evolution of reporting APIs, ensuring usability and performance
• Establish and monitor customer-facing SLAs for reporting experiences

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineers building customer-facing UI platforms or APIs
• Strong product-adjacent engineering background with experience in collaboration with Product and Design
• Hands-on familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and visualization systems
• Experience operating APIs with defined contracts and performance expectations
• Solid understanding of performance optimization and caching strategies in user-facing systems
