Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach a team of engineers to develop a scalable platform for AI agents
• Architect APIs and services for an "Agent-First" experience within the dbt ecosystem
• Define and lead the development of dbt MCP tools for LLMs to enhance their functionality

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in people management of software engineering teams
• Experience with agentic architectures and infrastructure development
• Deep knowledge of API design and familiarity with emerging standards like MCP
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, particularly in an AI-driven context
• Experience with orchestration systems managing state and context for LLMs
