Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the core engineering team behind their Family History Trees product.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product management to align software releases with business goals
• Manage a team of software engineers to deliver functionality, updates, and maintenance
• Coordinate with various teams to anticipate project blockers and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and 3+ years in management
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and Springboot
• Understanding of AI's impact on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus
