Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering- Enhancements/ Account Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Align strategy and set team priorities to support organizational goals
• Develop the technical vision and roadmap, evolving it to meet future requirements
• Mentor the team through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding
• Strong background in object-oriented programming (React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Experience in building systems and API development
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent work streams
