Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-performing team of 8-12 Software Engineers, focusing on technical mentorship and fostering a culture of ownership
• Oversee the implementation and scaling of event-routing frameworks to ensure accurate consumer data routing
• Drive the development of a Unified Consumer Profile API and collaborate with Product and Data Teams to prioritize the roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on API development and distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in an agile environment
• Technical proficiency in message brokers/streaming and asynchronous job processing
• Experience with event stream processing and building real-time applications
• Understanding of personalization engines and leveraging consumer data for digital experiences
