Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering for Large Banks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Align strategy and decision-making across teams while setting and communicating team priorities
• Develop the mid-term technical vision and roadmap, evolving it to meet future requirements
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and code reviews to ensure best practices

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a technology leadership role with a proven track record
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on coding
• Strong background in object-oriented programming (React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Experience in building systems and API development, as well as working with eventing technologies like Kafka
• Demonstrated growth and leadership of successful teams over time
