Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a management or technical leadership position
• 5-9+ years of experience developing server applications, preferably in the Java/Spring ecosystem
• Experience with modern web development technologies such as React and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience leading a remote or geographically distributed engineering team
