Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the design and development of web-based products.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members across multiple teams
Lead Agile Product Delivery and manage Java Engineers and Tech Leads
Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-level design concepts and deliver code based on commitments

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, MIS, or Computer Engineering
10 - 12+ years of experience in Large Scale Enterprise Development
5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
Extensive knowledge of JAVA, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, and relational databases
Experience with Agile Delivery methodologies
