Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture decisions and establish engineering standards while collaborating with the Sr. Principal AI Engineer
• Contribute to the codebase approximately 50% of the time, building features and fixing bugs
• Lead engineering operations, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management role
• Demonstrated experience in system architecture design for web and mobile platforms
• Hands-on proficiency across the full stack, including debugging and code review
• Experience managing nearshore and/or contract engineering teams
• Strong DevOps and platform reliability experience, including CI/CD and infrastructure management
