Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining talent
• Set and enforce high standards for code quality, architecture, and process rigor
• Partner with Product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing diverse teams of engineers
• 5+ years of hands-on, full-stack engineering experience with customer-facing web applications
• Deep experience with data-driven systems, including API development and modern frameworks
• Proven track record of solving complex problems that deliver customer value
• Experience working closely with Product Management and User Experience teams
