Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing and delivering a software-defined network exchange platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver quality solutions
• Provide project updates and manage project milestones while coordinating with stakeholders
• Ensure software engineering quality and compliance standards are met during audits and project launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Administration, IT, Business Systems, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years as a previous individual contributor in a senior engineering or product management role
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a software or IT environment
• Experience with major Cloud Services Providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
• PMP/Scrum certification is a plus
