Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers focused on distributed storage systems, including hiring and performance management
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for storage platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Oversee system design and architecture reviews to ensure high availability and fault tolerance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years in an engineering management role
• Proven experience managing backend or infrastructure teams that delivered large-scale distributed systems
• Strong technical foundation in system design and distributed systems architectures
• Experience with storage system development or operations, including parallel filesystems and object storage systems
• Familiarity with management and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes or similar
