Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team in developing and managing a cloud-based web platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while being a hands-on developer
• Design and architect software systems and migrate existing applications to a microservice architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions and manage operational responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in developing high-performance web applications using C#/ .NET
• Experience managing teams both onshore and offshore
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in microservices and Restful API design and development
• Proficiency with relational databases and cloud services, particularly AWS
