Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4-6 engineers through regular coaching and career development
• Set technical direction and ensure accountability for execution, team velocity, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on roadmap items using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including management of direct reports
• Experience with modern software frameworks and best practices for scalable SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of Agile processes and product roadmaps
• Knowledge of security practices and compliance frameworks
• Desire to grow as a technical leader and people manager in a fast-paced environment
