• Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Corporate Payments services
• Collaboratively define and implement an architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ years in engineering management
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience in writing high-quality automation and understanding of the test pyramid
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
