Advocate for technical excellence and mature agile engineering practices within the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture and delivery
5+ years of experience managing and mentoring software engineers
3+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and build scalable solutions
