Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with agile development processes and full stack engineering
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineers
• Familiarity with technologies including Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, .NET, SQL, and React
• Ability to navigate legacy code bases and initiate new projects
