Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT systems development management, particularly in technology or healthcare
• 3+ years of experience managing teams in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development (Java backend/React frontend) and databases
• 1+ years of experience working in AWS or similar cloud environments
