Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Application & Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the Application & Software Engineering teams
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners to advance projects and resolve issues
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or design
• 3+ years of progressive management experience preferred
• Proven experience throughout the entire life cycle of software development
