Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (Front-End, React, TypeScript, AI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a team of UI engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Driving delivery of scalable, high-quality UI systems for agentic analytics workflows
• Partnering closely with Product, Design, and backend teams to shape and ship end-to-end experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of software development experience, with strong frontend expertise (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• 2+ years of experience leading engineers with a proven track record of delivering through others
• Experience building complex, user-facing products with high usability and reliability standards
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including testing and scalable design
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and grow engineers at various levels
