Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager, Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow, build, and lead a full-stack engineering team delivering SaaS products
• Drive high-level architecture decisions and oversee their execution
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to design and implement MLOps workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software architecture experience in an enterprise or commercial SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience managing and growing software engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development with Python and React + TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
