Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on quality and continuous improvement
• Reimagine content creation workflows using modern platforms, automation, and generative AI
• Engage in driving POM Discovery activities and track quality improvements through SDLC tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience, including strategy development and team management
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience with GenAI technologies
• Experience in modernizing architectures and deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven ability to build scalable, high-availability enterprise systems and experience with agile delivery methodologies
