Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering, Enhancements/Account Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Align strategy and set team priorities that support the organization's goals
• Develop the mid-term technical vision and roadmap for the team
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on coding
• Strong background in object-oriented programming (React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Experience with systems and API development, including eventing technologies like Kafka
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent work streams
