Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Accounting & Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for ledger systems and reconciliation pipelines
• Define architecture prioritizing correctness, idempotency, and auditability
• Partner with Accounting to encode financial rules and reporting requirements into system design

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 1.5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building or evolving ledger systems or reconciliation infrastructure
• Strong understanding of data correctness and transactional integrity
• Experience partnering with Accounting or Finance to translate domain requirements into technical systems
