Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager for Optimizer Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of the Optimizer Hub product and mentor up to 7 engineers
• Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to create and execute plans addressing customer needs
• Manage project timelines, reporting, and drive adoption of AI frameworks and tools within engineering

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3+ years in an engineering manager or technical project manager role in a software organization
• Hands-on software development experience in Java or C/C++
• Experience with large distributed applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
