Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to oversee a new FinTech engineering team and guide the evolution of a mission-critical product suite.

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Vue.js
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in roles such as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
• Experience managing cross-functional technical programs and coordinating with various teams
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience, including technical leadership or people management
• Authorized to work in the United States
